While the rest of the class enjoys watching YouTube as part of an anthropology lesson, Shirley is upset that there are no videos about God.

Scene 2 She's a Lesbian (00:02:04 - 00:04:18) view scene

Shirley asks Abed to make a Christian YouTube video for her church but he turns her down. Meanwhile, Britta is making sure Pierce eats healthy food, which irritates him. Annie asks Jeff to see why Pierce has been acting out lately. Pierce, however, joins the rebellious group of elderly people who eat stolen cookies for lunch.

Shirley rejects Abed's idea for a meta-film about Jesus.

Scene 4 Veronica (00:05:55 - 00:07:01) view scene

Pierce fakes memory loss to get Dean Pelton from shutting down the poker game he's playing with his new elderly rebel friends.

Scene 5 Be-attitudes (00:07:02 - 00:07:33) view scene

Shirley films her own video with a reluctant Troy and Britta until they hear a crashing noise outside.

Scene 6 I Love Me Some Abed (00:07:34 - 00:08:29) view scene

Troy, Britta, and Shirley run outside to see Abed posing as a neo-Christ figure to an enthralled student body while filming himself at the same time. Troy and Britta quit working on Shirley's video to follow Abed.

Scene 7 A Real Life Pharisee (00:08:30 - 00:10:14) view scene

Shirley sees a crowd gathered in the cafeteria that is captivated by the new Abed. She confronts them, asking why they are feeding into Abed's egotistical scheme, but they insult her and she leaves.

Scene 8 Hipsters (00:10:15 - 00:11:52) view scene

While Shirley expresses her disgust to Abed, the others act like family members trying to control Pierce.

Scene 9 Joyride (00:11:53 - 00:12:56) view scene

Pierce and his new hipster friends stand outside the dean's office and drink. When it's suggested that they steal Dean Pelton's car and take it for a joyride, Pierce objects, but the others dismiss his opinions.

Scene 10 The Final Scene (00:12:57 - 00:14:16) view scene

As Abed wraps up his movie, Shirley arrives with the Dean to shut down filming due to a complaint about making a Christian movie in a secular school. However, Abed points out that the messiah in his film is named Abed, not Jesus, and therefore not about Christianity. He offers to show an early version to the Dean and Shirley's complaint is dropped.

Scene 11 Car Crash (00:14:17 - 00:15:34) view scene

One of the hipsters, Richard, forgets who and where he is and this time, he's not doing it to fool anyone. He makes a minor dent in the dean's car by hitting a light post. The others run out of the car and leave him, but Pierce stays behind to ask if he's okay. Richard asks who the people who ran away are and if they're his friends. This makes Pierce think.

Scene 12 SHIRLEY (00:15:35 - 00:17:47) view scene

Abed sees the first cut of the film and hates it. He asks God to send a disaster to destroy it, but nothing happens. Shirley hears this and pities him. She comes into the cafeteria and smashes the tapes and equipment with a bat. Her expression lets Abed know she did it for him.

Scene 13 Pierce's Dad (00:17:48 - 00:18:57) view scene

After being called to pick Pierce up from the dean's office, Jeff demands that he be removed as Pierce's emergency contact. However, once he sees that no one's picking up Leonard and the woman at the desk says that's why he is the way he is, Jeff changes his mind and brings Pierce home.

Scene 14 Abed Has Broken the Internet (00:18:58 - 00:20:19) view scene

Abed shows his gratitude to Shirley by completing her video and sending the YouTube link to Professor Duncan. The class is not impressed, but Abed and Shirley are friends again.

Jeff, Abed, Troy, and Annie are all wearing the same shirt.
